- Organizing regular state, district, and inter-school championships, Zonals including ISSF and NR events, ensuring athletes receive consistent opportunities to compete and improve.
- Introducing shooter-friendly policies and clear guidelines for athlete registration, team selection, and participation in zonal and national championships.
- Creating strong coordination with the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI), ensuring MPSRA functions in alignment with national standards and rules.
- Developing infrastructure and logistical support, including access to training facilities, equipment support, and technical guidance.
- Empowering rural and school-level shooters by promoting interschool championships and outreach programs to uncover hidden talent across all districts of Madhya Pradesh.
- Building a dedicated team of technical officials, coaches, and volunteers, fostering professionalism and discipline in the sport.
